Our mission is to introduce technology to children, adults, seniors, and veterans in the local community by providing technical training, job readiness programs, and STEM education that promote academic success, workforce readiness, and economic opportunity.

Our staff and volunteers collectively offer more than 100 years of IT experience and bring genuine care, compassion, and dedication to technology education. Their strong connection to the local community is reflected in how they engage, mentor, and support participants at every stage of learning.

The CEO of Exceedingly Me brings nearly 40 years of professional experience in Information Technology, providing deep insight into the evolving role technology plays in education, workforce development, and daily life. This extensive background has informed the organization’s strategic direction and its commitment to using technology as a tool for access, equity, and economic mobility.
Founded in 2010, Exceedingly Me Technical Training and Job Readiness, Inc. was established to address the growing digital divide by offering hardware and software support to individuals, families, and small organizations with limited access to technical resources. As community needs expanded and workforce requirements shifted, the organization broadened its scope to include IT training, STEM education, and job readiness programming.
Over time, Exceedingly Me transitioned from providing technical assistance to delivering structured, skills-based education designed to prepare participants for academic success and workforce entry. Programs were developed to serve K–12 students, adults, veterans, and career-transitioning individuals, with an emphasis on digital literacy, problem-solving, critical thinking, and industry-relevant technical skills.
Today, Exceedingly Me continues to evolve in response to rapid technological advancement, including the growing influence of artificial intelligence and automation. The organization integrates emerging technologies into its curriculum to ensure participants are equipped with future-ready skills that align with current and projected labor market demands. Through this adaptive approach, Exceedingly Me remains committed to strengthening communities, expanding access to technology education, and creating sustainable pathways to education and employment.
